INSIDE THIS VISIT
Care that starts at home.
Six things to know about how a virtual consult works.
-
Who it helps
Patients researching sleep, airway, or TMJ care who want to talk to a doctor before booking. Out-of-area patients evaluating travel for treatment.
-
What to expect
30-minute video call (or phone if you prefer). Dr. Mike reviews symptoms, history, and answers questions. No exam, no pressure.

FAQ
Virtual consult questions answered.
What patients ask before booking the call.
-
Is the consult really free?
Yes. For new patients researching care, the initial 30-minute virtual consult is no charge. -
Can you diagnose me on a video call?
Not formally. A virtual consult is conversation and decision-support. Not exam or diagnosis. We can usually tell you whether an in-person evaluation makes sense. -
What if I'm not local?
Many of our patients drive 1, 4 hours for care. A virtual consult helps you decide whether the trip is worth it before you book travel. -
Can a family member join?
Of course. Many patients bring a partner or parent. Multiple participants on the call is fine. -
What do I need on my end?
A device with camera + microphone, a quiet space, and 30 minutes. Phone-only is fine if video isn't easy. -
Where do I join at my appointment time?
Virtual consults with Dr. Mike Bennett meet in his Zoom room. At your scheduled time, use the Join Your Scheduled Consult button at the top of this page. If you have any trouble connecting, call the office and the front desk will help.
