Express
Minor front-teeth alignment or small gaps. Typically 4 to 6 months. Best for pre-veneer cases and single-arch touch-ups.

Comprehensive alignment for mild-to-moderate crowding across both arches. Typically 8 to 14 months. The most common plan.

CANDIDPRO VS. OTHER CLEAR ALIGNERS
Doctor-directed, not mail-order.
Direct-to-consumer aligners send trays to your door based on a photo and a mold you take at your kitchen table. No X-rays. No bite screen. No dentist watching the movement. Most cases we see for refinements or relapse were mail-order. CandidPro is the doctor-directed side of Candid, same lab, same clear-tray tech, but every step is planned and monitored by a dentist. That's the version we offer at ADC.

How is CandidPro different from Invisalign?
Both are doctor-directed clear tray systems planned around your bite. CandidPro tends to cost less for mild-to-moderate cases and has a strong digital planning workflow. For complex cases we may recommend Invisalign or a different provider, we pick the platform that fits the case, not the other way around. -
How long does treatment take?
Express: 4 to 6 months. Full: 8 to 14 months. Complex: case-by-case. You'll know the estimate at the consult before any commitment. -
Does it hurt?
Aligners feel tight the first day of each new tray, that's how you know they're working. Most people are comfortable within 24 hours. No brackets, no wire pokes. -
Can I eat and drink normally?
Take the aligners out for meals and colored drinks (coffee, wine, tea). Water is fine anytime. Trays go back in within 20 minutes of eating. -
What happens after treatment?
You wear retainers, nightly at first, then a few nights a week long-term. Retainers are how straight teeth stay straight. -
What if my bite isn't right for aligners?
We'll tell you honestly. If clear aligners aren't the right tool for your case, we'll walk you through what is, including a referral if that's the right call.
