In-House Dental Plan Includes:

(2) Dental Exams by Doctor

(2) Dental Cleanings (with the absence of disease)

(1) Set of Bitewing X-Rays - used to diagnose dental decay between teeth on premolars and molars

(3) Periapical X-Rays - used to diagnose decay on anterior teeth

(1) Fluoride Treatment (ages 15 and under)

(1) Panoramic X-Ray - used to evaluate the jaw bone, check for dental infection, and evaluate bone levels

Enrollment Fee = $289/person
Both dental cleaning visits must be performed within 12 months of each other. Enrollment fee is to be paid in full at the time of the first dental cleaning visit. At your second dental cleaning visit, your copay will be just $25 under your enrollment. Cash price without the discount for services provided would come to $465, resulting in a nearly 40% savings with the in-house plan. Periodontal maintenance or any cleaning related to periodontal disease is subject to fees at the 20% discount.
Additional Benefits
Also included in the enrollment is a 20% discount on all treatment visits. When you come for treatment, simply pay the $25 copay for that visit and then all treatment that day will be discounted 20%. On major treatment, that can be a discount upwards of $400.
