Dr. Smith
DENTIST

Dr. David Smith graduated from Brigham Young University and then attended the University of Oklahoma College of Dentistry. While taking shelter from tornados, he joined the United States Army, graduated, and moved to Tennessee where he pursued an Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency at Fort Campbell, KY.

With the fighting force of America behind him, he was able to refine his skills in wisdom teeth removal, complicated crown and bridge cases, implant placement and restoration, and various surgical procedures. Dr. Smith was able to acquire unique skill sets and experience with CAD/CAM dentistry, and has an enthusiasm for advancing technologies.

After completing a two year assignment at Ft. Riley, Kansas, Dr. Smith and his family then spent three years in Oahu, Hawaii, working at Schofield Barracks and soaking up the salty air, turquoise crystal blue waters, and the cool tradewinds of the islands. What a soft place to land and end his career serving the US Army. Dr Smith still continues to serve in the Army Reserve Unit in Salt Lake City.

Outside of dentistry, Dr. Smith cherishes his time with his wife and four kids. He is passionate about sports, outdoor adventures, and mostly improving his relationships with his precious family. He also enjoys serving in his church and community.

Dr. Smith is thankful to be back home where mountains and kin reside. He loves serving the great people of Utah.

Dr. Bennett, DDS, PhD
DENTIST

Sleep & TMJ Specialist | Whole-Health Dentist | Painless Shot Expert

With over 26 years of experience, Dr. Mike Bennett is known for his gentle touch, painless injections, and commitment to treating the whole person—not just their teeth.

A lifelong learner, Dr. Bennett brings advanced training and compassionate care to every patient. He graduated magna cum laude from both dental school and his PhD program in Health Professions Education, and he’s one of fewer than 2% of U.S. dentists to earn the Mastership in the Academy of General Dentistry.

He is also board-certified in:

  • Craniofacial Pain

  • Craniofacial Dental Sleep Medicine

Dr. Bennett helps patients with:

  • TMJ & jaw pain, clenching, popping, and facial discomfort

  • Snoring & sleep apnea, especially for CPAP-intolerant patients

  • Chronic headaches, fatigue, and misaligned bites

  • Dental implants & full-mouth reconstruction

  • Children’s airway growth and orthodontic development

  • Gentle, anxiety-free general dentistry for all ages

Whole-Body Wellness, One Smile at a Time

Dr. Bennett works closely with sleep physicians, ENTs, and medical providers to uncover the root causes of symptoms—like mouth breathing, poor sleep, inflammation, and pain. His goal is to help every patient breathe better, sleep deeper, and feel truly well.

He has helped thousands of patients who thought they had to “just live with” their jaw pain, snoring, or fatigue. Many begin to feel relief within the first weeks of care.

His PhD research focused on how dentists can screen for sleep-disordered breathing—a public health issue he believes every dental office should help address.

“I believe healing starts with proper sleep, balanced breathing, and compassionate care.”
—Dr. Mike Bennett

DENTAL HYGIENIST

Hi, I'm Monique and I’ve been a dental hygienist for almost 10 years! I knew I wanted to be in healthcare and love the social interaction I’ve been able to create with patients through practicing dentistry. It’s such a great job and I love being able to help my patients stay healthy. Outside of the office , I have a 3 year-old dog named Scottie and my number one passion is rodeo!
